I no longer live in Jacksonville, Florida, my hometown, where I was the owner/broker of Platt Realty from 2006 - 2009 & June 2011 - Dec. 2011.
I have moved to Trinity, Florida, 200 miles away. I miss Jacksonville and working in the real estate industry. However, I am teaching at Pasco-Hernando Community College and love my teaching job more!!!! I also love the weather in Trinity.....
I still believe that owning a home is a good financial decision if you are planning to live in the home for a long time. It's a great time to buy with interest rates the lowest in my lifetime....I just can't help you buy anymore.....my license became inactive with the closing of my company.
